Toni T. Mattila

Toni T. Mattila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainable manufacturing, investment consulting, and academia. Currently serving as Head of Sustainable Manufacturing and Program Director for Connectivity and Intelligent Industries at Business Finland since August 2018, Toni has a strong background in research and teaching, holding the position of Docent and Adjunct Professor at Aalto University since 2009. Notable roles include Project Director and leading a research team focused on electronic reliability, and serving as Senior Director at Invest in Finland, where the focus was on promoting foreign direct investment in technology sectors. Toni's expertise is further demonstrated through leadership positions such as Executive Director of the Electronics System-integration Technology Conference and as a Visiting Scientist at the CALCE Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Science in Technology and a B.Sc. in Management Accounting from Aalto University, among other degrees in engineering and materials science.
