Graham Mackay is an experienced leader in the humanitarian and development sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre since August 2021, and as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Emergency Nutrition Network since June 2019. Previously, Graham held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bond UK from September 2015 to August 2021, and contributed to change management initiatives at Oxfam International from April 2014 to September 2015. Graham’s extensive experience at Oxfam from September 2002 to April 2014 included roles as Deputy Humanitarian Director, managing global humanitarian responses. Additionally, Graham co-founded Mango (Management Accounting for NGOs) in February 2000, focusing on finance management training for NGOs. Academically, Graham holds a PhD in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry from Loughborough University, an MA in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Bristol, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
