Natalie Swan

Co-head, Labour Rights at Business & Human Rights Resource Centre

Natalie Swan is an experienced professional in labour rights and organizational leadership, having held various roles at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, including Co-Head of Labour Rights and Programme Manager from March 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Natalie served as an Associate at AssociatePartner Africa from January 2019 to December 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Training Co-ordinator at the IWGB (Independent Workers Union of Great Britain) and Organiser in the childcare sector at United Voices of the World. Earlier, Natalie held the position of European Director for Property Services and the Care Sector at UNI Europa from August 2015 to April 2018. Educational achievements include a Certification in Facilitation from the Association of Facilitators and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training from Green Yoga International, both completed in 2018.
