Lisa Noland, M.P.A., A.S.B.C. has a diverse work experience. Lisa is currently the Alaska Women's Business Center Director at Business Impact NW, where they support the start-up and growth of women-owned businesses. Lisa Noland, M.P.A., A.S.B.C., has an extensive education history in the fields of public administration, social work, and electrolysis technician training. Lisa obtained their Bachelor of Social Work degree from Pacific Union College in 1991. In 1994, Lisa attended the Jane Riddle Institute of Electrolysis for a short-term program in electrolysis technician training.

In 2007, Lisa enrolled at Walden University, where they completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in 2010. Lisa'sfocus during this program was on nonprofit management and leadership within the field of public administration. Following the completion of their master's degree, Lisa pursued further education and is currently a doctoral candidate at Walden University, working towards a doctorate in Public Administration.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lisa has also obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they became an Accredited Small Business Consultant through the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants®. In July 2022, Lisa completed the Doctoral Student Researchers program offered by CITI Program. Lisa also holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership Intensive (6th cohort), which they obtained in May 2020 from The Foraker Group.
