Amy Smith

Amy Smith serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Business in the Community since November 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing learner journeys in Inclusion Advisory Services and driving product innovation within the Inclusion Agenda. Additionally, Amy leads the Special Interest Group focused on Disability, Neurodiversity, and Accessibility, aiming to bolster organizational understanding of these areas and promote inclusive event experiences. Prior roles include Graduate HR Consultant at You HR Consultancy Ltd, HR Advisor at Fugro, and HR Generalist and Employment Equity Manager at Oxford University Press, where extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and human resources support was gained. Educationally, Amy holds an Honors BCOM in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, complementing a Bachelor of Commerce in the same field.
