Charlotte Woodworth

Charlotte Woodworth has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Charlotte began their career working as a Senior Press Officer for Help the Aged from April 2007 to August 2008. Charlotte then moved on to become a Political Advisor to the Green Group of Cllrs at Brighton & Hove City Council from August 2008 to May 2010. Charlotte then joined The Fawcett Society, starting as a Comms Officer and eventually becoming the Head of Communications from May 2010 to May 2014. After that, they worked as the Acting Director of Policy, Advice, and Communications at Gingerbread from June 2014 to August 2016. Charlotte's next role was as the Campaigns Director at 38 Degrees from August 2016 to November 2019. Their most recent position is the Gender Equality Campaign Director at Business in the Community from November 2019 till present.

Charlotte Woodworth attended the University of Sussex from 2000 to 2003, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
