Scott began as the Global Partnerships and Operations Manager for the Youth Career Initiative, where they focused on driving the growth and expansion of the program through collaborations with hotel companies and NGOs. Later, they became the Head of the Youth Career Initiative, leading the development and scale-up of the program in line with the organization's strategy. Scott also formed strategic partnerships with global hotel industry leaders and international NGOs.
