Keith Yandell joined in April 2016 as General Counsel and has served as the Chief Business Officer since January 2022. Prior to joining, Mr. Yandell was with Uber Technologies, Inc., where he served as Director of Litigation from January 2016 to April 2016 and as Senior Counsel, Litigation from February 2015 to December 2015. From July 2010 to January 2015, Mr. Yandell was an attorney and partner with the law firm of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. Mr. Yandell holds a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies from the University of California, Davis and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

They were founded on a mission to alleviate delivery orders for small businesses that could not keep up with consumer demand. They wanted to make sure to encompass all restaurants' needs in the area so quickly began to prototype an application that provided the best delivery experience within their small community in Palo Alto. Today, they are continuing to work hard to deliver convenience at your doorstep. While meeting the needs of consumers, they are also able to generate news ways for people to earn, work, and live through food delivery and their last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce.
