Vanessa Aguilera Cabeza has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vanessa'smost recent role is as the Head of People | IT Talent Acquisition at Business Insights Spain since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked for NTT DATA Business Solutions Spain as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from May 2018 to November 2021.

Vanessa also has experience as an Administrativa Logística at Promocaixa, where they handled logistics control, financial administration, and donation management. Additionally, they worked as an Administrativa Comercial at Damm Sociedad Anónima, providing support to the sales department and logistics.

Vanessa started their career as an Administrativa Contable at Antonio Puig, S.A and in the Customer Service Department at Tecnologia i Gestió Telefònica, S.A, where they gained experience in accounting and customer service.
