David Guerrero Caldas

David Guerrero Caldas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Socio y Director de Contratación at Business Insights since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Gerente General at Quijano Orjuela Abogados & Asociados starting from May 2014. Before that, David worked as an Asesor Jurídico Laboral at Cano & Pacheco Asociados for a year, where they provided legal advice on labor-related matters to more than 25 companies, including those in the healthcare sector. Additionally, they handled contract review, labor policy management, legal representation in court proceedings, as well as disciplinary processes. David started their career as an Auxiliar de Relaciones Laborales at General Motors from July 2012 to January 2013.

David Guerrero Caldas completed the Diplomado en Docencia program at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda in 2015. From 2013 to 2014, they participated in the Conciliador en Derecho program at the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá. Currently, they are pursuing a Magister en Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social degree at UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, which they started in 2019. Additionally, David has obtained an Especialista en Derecho Laboral degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, completed sometime after 2014. Their education began at the Universidad de La Sabana, where they earned their degree in law, although the exact dates are unknown.
