Ms. Phoebe Allen brings over 25 years in hands-on and next-generation technology management, adoption, innovation, execution, strategy, disruption, and leadership across diverse verticals. She is recognized for her accomplishments within industry operations and advanced engineering services, research & development and management in information, mission, and cyber operations, with specialties in the areas of cyber warfare training and education, cyber intelligence, and cyber defense & security supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Having a solid background in security operations, including U.S. information systems, cyber threats, security product development, and foreign intelligence, she has demonstrated success developing and implementing technical programs and systems, resulting in significantly reduced critical system vulnerabilities, improved visibility and productivity, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Ms. Allen is a leader in establishing the systems, processes, and technical innovations for National Security programs and initiatives.
Ms. Allen is a Manager for the Cyber Warfare Forum Initiative (CWFI) and holds a Masters of Business Administration Certificate from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
