Mark Louthan

Mark Louthan has extensive work experience in various roles related to risk management, intelligence analysis, and policy development. Mark currently works at Business Intelligence Advisors, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Behavioral Expert, where they manage team effectiveness and provides advisory services. Prior to this, they worked at Capital One as the Senior Director of Operational Risk & Oversight, Insider Threat Risk Management Program. Mark also served as a Senior Policy Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they contributed to the development and promulgation of security and counterintelligence policy and guidance. Before that, they were the Deputy Director of Security and Counterintelligence at the National Security Council, where they oversaw security programs and co-authored policies. Mark Louthan also has experience in counterintelligence, risk analysis, and investigations from their tenure at the National Reconnaissance Office and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Mark Louthan obtained a Master of Arts degree in Academic Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University, completing the program from 2001 to 2003. Mark also holds a certification in Operational Risk Management from the American Bankers Association.
