Leonyce Moses

Leonyce Moses currently serves as Acquisition SME II at QinetiQ, providing comprehensive acquisition support to FEMA and managing a team within the CSA Cohort. Leonyce also teaches Federal Contracting and Acquisition at BMRA and has held previous roles, including Contract Specialist at Unison and OPTN Contract Officer at UNOS, where responsibilities included contract management and administration. Prior experience includes positions at the Defense Logistics Agency, where Leonyce excelled in various leadership roles, supervising contract specialists and overseeing contract performance. Leonyce holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
