Michelle Coussens

Michelle Coussens is a seasoned business owner and strategist with extensive experience in consulting, training, and education. Since 2005, Michelle has led Plan B Consulting, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations and small businesses through practical business planning. Michelle also instructs and develops courses for government-related audiences at BMRA, provides continuing education for legal and insurance professionals at the Real Estate Institute, and serves as a training consultant for various international organizations. Additionally, Michelle has held roles as an adjunct faculty instructor at College of DuPage and DePaul University, along with being a benefits advisor for Aflac. Michelle's expertise further extends to training with the American Management Association and consulting for NeighborWorks America. With a BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University, Michelle combines a strong academic background with practical business experience.
