Jasmijn de Groot is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business design, consultancy, and facilitation. Currently, Jasmijn serves as the Founder of UPP, focusing on enhancing customer and employee experiences, and as Facilitation Lead at SPAIK, where team productivity and collaboration are prioritized through AI tools. Previously, Jasmijn worked as a Business Designer at Business Models Inc., and held various roles at Randstad Groep Nederland, including Strategy & Innovation Manager and Advisor Consultancy. Jasmijn's commitment to social impact is demonstrated by a corporate volunteer experience in Kenya. Jasmijn holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and multiple Bachelor's degrees from the University of Groningen, as well as a Bachelor's degree from The University of Sheffield.
