María Paula González-Páez

María Paula González-Páez is an experienced professional in business and strategy design, currently holding the position of Business and Strategy Designer at Hibrids since November 2024. Prior to this role, María Paula served as a Business Designer at propelland from June 2022 to November 2024, and as Communication Director at the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Central and South America from June 2019 to June 2022. Additionally, María Paula worked as a Sales Strategist at FERRERO LADM from July 2021 to March 2022. María Paula holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Design with a focus on Strategic and Organizational Design from Universidad de Los Andes, where studies were completed from January 2016 to 2021.
