Kenneth Ohene-Sam

Kenneth Ohene-Sam, CAIA, currently serves as the Sub-Saharan Africa Lead and Partner at Business Models Inc., a global innovation strategy and business model design agency, since July 2023. Kenneth holds the position of Executive Director at KTRC Ltd, a boutique real estate development and management company focused on high-value assets and investment analysis. Prior roles include Business Development Specialist at Castle Builders Capital Investment Ltd, where responsibilities included evaluating fintech business opportunities and serving as Managing Director of a financial technology company, and Chief Executive Officer at Digital Credit Management Ltd, overseeing operations and stakeholder relationships in the fintech sector. Earlier experience includes positions as a Financial Analyst at UniSecurities Ghana Limited and Associate roles at Africa Real Estate Investment Ltd and Land Equity Group Limited, focusing on investment analysis and due diligence in real estate transactions. Kenneth earned a BCom (Honours) specializing in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management, as well as a BCom in Finance and Economics, from the University of Cape Town.
