Zaklina Craig

Zaklina Craig is an accomplished Executive Director of People, Culture and Workplace at Business NSW since February 2022. With extensive experience in human resources and people management, Zaklina previously served as the Head of People Partnering and Services at Sydney Water, overseeing a range of functions such as recruitment, onboarding, industrial relations, and policy development while leading a team of 30 employees. Over a tenure of nearly 14 years at Sydney Water, Zaklina also held numerous leadership roles, including Head of People and Culture, and acting Head of Customer Services, managing teams of up to 300 employees. Zaklina's career began in the legal field, with roles in commercial litigation and workplace advisory, complemented by a strong educational foundation in law and human resource management from Western Sydney University.
