Hailey Wojcik

Hailey Wojcik is the current Head of People at Business of Fashion. Prior to this, they were the HR Director, Organisational Learning and Engagement at Sprinklr from March 2015 to December 2017. Hailey has also worked as a freelance fitness instructor with FRAME #moveyourframe from June 2013 to November 2017, and as the Human Resources Director, Northern Europe, Israel & South Africa for Groupon from February 2010 to February 2015. Hailey's experience also includes coaching figure skating with Skating Educators Canada from September 2008 to January 2010.

Hailey Wojcik has a diverse educational background that includes a degree in communications and sociology from York University, a leadership training certification from the Miller Heiman Group - AchieveGlobal UK, and an advanced level 7 organisational design and development certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). Hailey also has a GCVI certificate.
