Arthur Fish

Arthur Fish has extensive experience in economic analysis and business development, currently serving as a Business Incentives Coordinator at the State of Oregon since 1995. In this role, Arthur Fish effectively markets Oregon to various industries and manages a statewide network of partners to enhance business benefits. Prior experience includes working as an International/Economic Analyst at Argonne National Laboratory from 1989 to 1994, where Arthur Fish led teams in investigating energy use and greenhouse gas emissions.
