Jon Unger serves as the Infrastructure Programs Manager at Business Oregon since October 2017, overseeing Oregon's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and Oregon's Water Fund. Prior experience includes roles as Program & Policy Coordinator at Business Oregon, Grant Program Coordinator at the Oregon Water Resources Department, Water Supply Development Coordinator and Watermaster with the State of Oregon, and Hydroelectric Program Analyst for the State of Oregon. Jon's earlier experience includes serving as an Environmental Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 2007 to 2009. Jon holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Idaho (2021), a Project Management Certificate from Portland State University (2011), and a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon (2003).
