Lauren Burt

Lauren Burt has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Lauren is currently employed as the Director of Creative Operations at Business Publications Corporation, Inc since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Graphic Designer at the same company from March 2020 to January 2021. Lauren also worked as a Graphic Designer at BWBR from May 2018 to March 2020.

Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Business Publications Corporation, Inc from January 2016 to May 2018. Lauren was responsible for layout and design of the Business Record, a weekly business journal, as well as creating advertisements and managing ad placement.

Before that, they worked as a Production Designer at Mittera in 2015, collaborating with grocery store marketing executives to create advertisements. Lauren also has experience as a Design Intern at Revenew Inc. in 2014, where they focused on creating web graphics and preparing images for an iPhone App.

Lauren's experience extends beyond the design field. Lauren has worked as a Staff Designer at Greek Relations Executive Council, focusing on magazine design and layout. Lauren also worked as a Logo Designer for the Government of the Student Body, creating campaign materials and adhering to printing and web graphic procedures. Additionally, they served as a Public Relations Committee Member at Iowa State Dance Marathon, creating promotion materials and branding merchandise.

Lauren's earliest work experience includes roles such as a Salon Assistant at Jazz Salon, providing customer service and promoting efficient salon function, and a Recruitment Counsellor at Collegiate Panhellenic Council, guiding students through the sorority recruitment process.

Throughout their various roles, Lauren has demonstrated skills in graphic design, layout, branding, collaboration, attention to detail, and project management.

Lauren Burt completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State University. Lauren attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
