As an experienced IT Consultant and Cutover Manager, Reto Fischer has managed multiple significant projects for Julius Baer, including the technical implementation of organizational changes, and various migrations to the Temenos T24 and Avaloq banking systems. Reto Fischer's expertise extends to data migration and integration, having led teams in the successful integration of various private banks into the Julius Baer Group and implemented cross-border BPO solutions involving foreign branches.
