Andrew Jacobs is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as Chief Architect at Business Systems since March 2021, while also holding the position of Technology Director at acrinax since October 2015. Throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades, Andrew has led teams to deliver customer experience improvements and drive revenue growth in various roles, including Technology Director at Kaptec CX, Head of Contact Centre Practice and Principal Consultant at NTT DATA UK, and earlier positions as Commercial Account Manager at Sabio and Territory Manager at Interactive Intelligence. Andrew's foundational experiences also include key leadership roles as Senior Sales Manager at IDL and CTO at Vocom Systems, along with earlier work as Support Manager at Ericsson.
