Anya Maksymenko

Anya Maksymenko is a Senior Director of Client Development & Management for the Life Sciences Practice at Business Talent Group, a position held since February 2019. With a career spanning over a decade, Anya has developed extensive expertise in client development, business management, and consulting within the life sciences sector. Prior experience includes roles at Hillgate (now BTG Europe) as Director and Business Development Manager, as well as various positions at Third Bridge Group Limited, where responsibilities ranged from Team Leader to Account Manager across European consulting. Anya's early career features analytical positions at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and internships at E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Henkel Ukraine, and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. Anya holds a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick and an IB Diploma with Honours from the Kiev International School.
