Michael Fluehr Jr.

Michael Fluehr Jr. is an Associate Director of Client Development & Management in the Life Sciences Practice at Business Talent Group since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with Fortune 1000 and clinical-stage global Life Sciences companies. In a dual role for 2024, Michael serves as both Client Development Lead and BDR Manager, overseeing four BDRs and leading strategy meetings aimed at achieving quota attainment.
