John Mittelstet

John Mittelstet has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John is currently working as a Senior Vice President at M&A Business Advisors since November 2017. Prior to this, they held various roles at Business Pros, Inc. for a period of 25 years, including President and Senior Vice President. During this time, they led teams responsible for securing engagements with business owners for marketing and sales purposes. John also oversaw the closing of more than 500 transactions. Before joining Business Pros, Inc., John founded Dastek in 1978. John'searliest known work experience was at IBM, where they served as an Applications Engineer, Salesman, Marketing Support, and Product Planner for 12 years.

John Mittelstet attended Texas Tech University from 1960 to 1964, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended Borger Highschool and graduated as the Valedictorian. John also holds certifications as a Certified Business Broker from the California Association of Business Brokers and as a Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association.
