Javier Chico has extensive experience in marketing and traffic management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving at BTS - Business Telecommunications Services since March 2006. Responsibilities include managing route optimization related to regional agreements and financial requirements, as well as supervising quality control processes. Prior to this role, Javier served as an Account Manager, overseeing commercial relations with wholesale customers and carriers. From August 2001 to March 2006, Javier worked as an Administrative & Underwriter Analyst Assistant at Hemispheric Reinsurance Group L.L.C., where duties involved preparing underwriting slips and collecting premium documents. Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas University and has also studied at Real Colegio Universitario Maria Cristina in Madrid, Spain.
