Emily Wang is an undergraduate researcher at Princeton University, specializing in the development of chemically recyclable polyolefin materials and polymer material characterization. Emily has a diverse background in research, highlighted by experiences as a summer research intern at Polyhedral Structures Laboratory, where origami/kirigami techniques were applied to engineering load-bearing structures, and involvement in various internships at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on robotics and origami design. Additionally, Emily served as a media and marketing staffer for the Design Nation Conference at Business Today and participated in the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University, co-authoring a research project on artificial intelligence. Emily is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University.
