Gail Williams has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing roles. Gail started their career as the Director of Sales at Skirt Magazine in 2007, where they trained and managed a team of four account executives. Gail also worked closely with the Editor to ensure the publication's quality and handled budgeting, projections, and new business development. After leaving Skirt Magazine in 2009, Gail joined Charlotte Magazine as an Account Executive and then moved to the Charlotte Business Journal as a Classified Advertising Manager in 2010. In 2012, they joined Business Today/Cornelius Today as the Sales & Marketing Director, where they were responsible for creating sales and marketing materials, training and guiding other sales reps, and networking for new business opportunities.
