Werner Pamminger

Werner Pamminger has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Werner started at Siemens in 1993 as a Customer Service Engineer. Werner then moved on to Clusterland Upper Austria ltd. in 2001, where they served as a Cluster Manager and played a pivotal role in establishing the Upper Austrian Plastics Cluster. This was recognized as a highly successful example of cluster management within Europe. In 2005, they became the CEO of Clusterland Upper Austria ltd. and held this position until 2014. Finally, they became the CEO of Business Upper Austria - OÖ. Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH in 2014. Overall, Werner Pamminger has demonstrated expertise in cluster management and has made significant contributions to the plastics industry.

From 1986 to 1992, they attended HTL Leonding, where they obtained a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Between 1995 and 1999, they attended the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, where they earned a Dipl.-Ing.(FH) degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician.

In 2002, they enrolled in the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, completing their Global Executive MBA program in 2004.

During 2017 and 2018, they participated in the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, which is a study pertaining to leadership.

In 2020 and again in 2021, Werner Pamminger undertook a University Degree program at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. In 2020, their field of study was Business Law, and in 2021, their studies focused on Leadership Experience.
