Jacques Steenkamp

Jacques Steenkamp is an experienced journalist and editor with a diverse background in media and communication. Currently serving as the Homepage Editor at BusinessDesk NZ since February 2021, Jacques Steenkamp has previously held roles as an Investigative Journalist at WhoWhatWhy and Communications Advisor at Transdev Australasia. Notably, Jacques Steenkamp was the News Director for Stuff's Sundays team, and also worked as an Executive Producer on a feature film based on a true crime novel. With a robust portfolio as an author for Penguin Random House and extensive experience in investigative reporting at SABC and Media24, Jacques Steenkamp holds a Master's degree in Creative Writing from The University of Auckland and multiple degrees in communication and media studies from various institutions.
