Kim Haggren

Kim Haggren is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Sagkyndig dommer at Sø- og Handelsretten since August 2024. With extensive experience in various roles, Kim has been a Vicedirektør at DI - Dansk Industri since June 2015, focusing on Erhvervsjura, ESG, SMV, and Iværksætteri, and participating in the Legal Affairs Policy Committee of BusinessEurope since March 2013. Other notable positions include Expert Member of the Danish Business Authority's Mediation and Complaints-Handling Institution for Responsible Business Conduct, Expert Member at Ankestyrelsen, and several board memberships in organizations such as the Danish Institute of Arbitration and Frontier Investment Management ApS. Kim holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from The University of British Columbia, and completed an Executive education program at INSEAD in 2017.
