Riikka Heikinheimo is an experienced Executive Board Member at AEL-säätiö, serving as the Chairperson for the Education and Training working group at BusinessEurope, and holding Director roles at EK – Confederation of Finnish Industries. Riikka is also the Vice President of the Finnish Academy of Technical Sciences.
