Nandakishore Padmanabhan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 when they pursued organic waste-to-food farming during a sabbatical. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant, Facilitator, and Head of Branding & Marketing at Pragati Leadership. In 2014, they served as the Chief Culture Officer at Global Indian International School. Nandakishore then joined CRMnext as the Vice President of Branding & Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Nandakishore was the Director of Branding & Communities at WaveMaker, Inc. in 2016 and then worked as a growth strategy and marketing management consultant from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they co-founded LettUse, an organization focused on waste-to-food solutions. From 2019 to 2021, Nandakishore served as the Director of Marketing at EC-Council. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Brand, People & Culture at BUSINESSNEXT since September 2021.
Nandakishore Padmanabhan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from B.M.S College of Engineering, Bangalore (Bangalore University), which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Pre-University education in Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology at Vijaya Junior College from 1994 to 1996. Nandakishore's earliest education was at Bethany High School, where they completed their ICSE degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from 1984 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an MBTI-Certified Practitioner from CPP International-Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd. and as a Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) from the International Institute of Facilitation in 2011.
