Abigail Masters Voyna has a diverse work experience in the field of client operations and management. Abigail started their career at Benefitfocus as a Manager of Employer Account Management, where they managed a team of five and worked closely with various departments to resolve client issues. Abigail also built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Abigail then moved on to Speck USA as an Administrative Assistant before joining Mercer as a Client Service Analyst, where they partnered with clients to set up benefit systems. Abigail is currently working at Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead, where they support companies in utilizing the company platform and assists in navigating ACA code derivations.
