Allison Wallace

Allison’s commitment to being genuine and authentic guides her approach in all she does for Businessolver. As General Counsel, she leads the legal and compliance teams across the organization. She oversees contract reviews, advises on business negotiations with our clients and vendors, manages the sourcing and handling of intellectual property and establishes solid internal processes to assist with the growth of the company. In the area of regulatory matters related to benefits administration, Businessolver clients have a strong advocate in Allison to ensure compliancy in the rapidly evolving rules and regulations at the state and federal levels.

With over 10 years of professional experience in the software technology industry, Allison is no stranger to the fast pace of innovation and business advancement at Businessolver. Prior to joining our team, she worked for advertising software company Mediaocean, HCM solution provider SumTotal Systems, and GeoLearning, a developer of SaaS-based learning management systems. She has extensive experience in expanding internal legal teams, developing internal processes and governance, building out companies’ international presence and managing mergers and acquisitions.

Allison’s high energy and drive also keeps her busy outside the office. She volunteers at her children’s school as much as possible and assists with their many extra-curricular activities. Allison is active in the Iowa State Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
