Ashley Courtney

Ashley Courtney has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ashley currently holds the position of Director, System Design and Integration at Businessolver, which they started in May 2019. Prior to this role, they served as a Technical Team Lead from August 2017 to April 2019. At Businessolver, Ashley also held various client-focused roles, including National Account Executive, Client Relationship Executive, and Client Relationship Manager, where they managed multiple client accounts and successfully completed multiple Annual Enrollment periods.

Before joining Businessolver, Ashley worked at Simpson College as an Office Manager, overseeing work study students and handling administrative tasks. Ashley also gained experience at Menards as a Management Intern and Part-Time Salesperson. Additionally, Ashley worked as an Assistant at Werling Abstract and as a Secretary at JJJ Enterprises, Inc., where they handled various administrative tasks and provided support in the field.

Ashley Courtney attended Simpson College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their studies focused on management, mathematics, and human resources.
