Bianca Zerwas

Bianca Zerwas is a skilled professional with expertise in human resources and consumer experience. Currently serving as a Consumer Experience Strategist I at Businessolver since February 2019, Bianca previously held the role of Client Operations Advocate. Bianca's experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities involved conducting interviews, managing complex situations, and educating employees on corporate policies. Prior to this, Bianca managed the Human Resources department at Target, overseeing operations for over 150 team members and handling talent acquisition, training, and performance management. Bianca’s career began at the University of Northern Iowa, where roles included Manager of Student Computer Centers and Customer Service Assistant Supervisor, focusing on technology support and student service. Bianca earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Textiles and Apparel from the University of Northern Iowa.
