Charlie Munro is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Tech Manager at Businessolver since September 2022, where focus is on enhancing client benefit program engagement through innovative technology solutions. Previously, as Software Engineering Manager at Acres, Charlie expanded the engineering team while implementing quality improvement tools and processes. At DealerSocket, in the role of Engineering Manager, Charlie managed diverse teams delivering SaaS products for the automotive industry and championed the adoption of SAFe® practices. With a substantial tenure at Cisco, beginning in 1998, Charlie held various roles, including Architect and Database Developer/Analyst, contributing significantly to enterprise VoIP platform development and off-shore team transitions. Charlie began the career as a Web Application Developer at Cisco and as a Sr. Technical Writer/Web Developer at Selsius Systems. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University at Buffalo.
