Jess Reese has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jess most recently worked at Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead, where they supported clients and internal teams through Annual Enrollment changes and implementations. Jess managed and responded to member level and client inquiries in a timely manner, and worked with internal teams to review daily files and communicate issues to the appropriate team members. Prior to that, Jess worked at CO-OP Financial Services as a Client Solutions representative, taking a consultative lead on all client requests and inquiries and managing their daily operational needs. Jess also worked at Zurich North America as part of the International Underwriting team, collaborating with large fortune 500 companies to set up their US Master commercial insurance policies and maintaining positive relationships with brokers and clients. Additionally, they worked at AIG as an Environmental and Commercial Underwriter, handling high-dollar premium accounts and overseeing all accounts through a particular book of business. Jess started their career at Nationwide Insurance as a Liability Claims Adjuster, where they handled auto liability claims and worked closely with various stakeholders to ensure the best claims practices were followed. Jess later became an Exclusive Agent at Nationwide, personally managing customer accounts and bridging communication gaps with company associates.
Jess Reese has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Iowa. Additionally, Jess has obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Kaizen in June 2015, Texas and Oklahoma Property and Casualty Adjuster certifications in June 2012 and December 2011 respectively, Medication Administration Training Program from Child Care Services Association in July 2010, and an Iowa Personal Lines Producers License in July 2009.
