Jt Fels has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design, content strategy, and multimedia production. Starting from 2015, Jt worked as a Localization Editor on a freelance basis. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Copywriter & Editor for RushCube on a contract basis. In 2017, Jt worked as a Contributing Writer for The GWW and as a Multimedia Content Producer for CATS Software, Inc. From 2018 to 2019, Jt served as a Sr. UX Content Strategist for Thrivent. In 2019, they worked as a CXD Content Strategist (Contract) for Wells Fargo. From 2020 to 2021, Jt worked as a Sr. UX Content Strategist for U.S. Bank. In 2021, they worked as a Content Designer for eBay. In 2022, Jt served as a Sr. Content Designer for Meta on the Remote Presence Team. They are currently a UX Designer for Businessolver since 2023.

Jt Fels holds a Master's Degree in Creative Writing, which was obtained from The University of Edinburgh between the years of 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, Jt Fels earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating between 2010 and 2014.
