Katie Buchholz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member services and advocacy. Currently serving as Member Services Supervisor II at Businessolver since April 2015, Katie leads and develops a team of over 20 advocates, managing various customer outreach channels and focusing on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and member satisfaction. Previously, Katie held roles such as Member Services Supervisor and Lead Advocate, gaining valuable leadership experience and contributing to team performance improvements. Additionally, Katie is involved with Theatre Midwest as a Production Team Member, aiding in production management and collaboration among creative teams. Katie holds a degree from Simpson College, where notable early roles included engaging with alumni as a Student Call Representative.
