Kent Rausch

Kent Rausch has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Kent started their career in 1990 as a Computer Information Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they developed and troubleshooted network systems. In 1997, they joined SHPS, INC as a Senior Business Analyst, where they managed specifications and migration projects.

In 2001, Kent became the Director of Product Development at Evolution Benefits, where they managed the product development lifecycle and served as a project manager.

From 2005 to 2012, they worked at SHPS, Inc. as the Director of HRS Product Management, responsible for product development and vision management of various spending account products. Kent also led large-scale health benefits projects and handled strategic planning and market analysis.

In 2012, Kent joined ADP as the Senior Director of Product Management, and during their tenure, they had a significant role in product management.

Kent's most recent position is at Businessolver since 2018. Kent held positions as the VP of Innovation and the Head of Product & Innovation. In these roles, they led the design, architecture, and development of new innovative platforms, and their contributions resulted in accelerated growth.
