Kourtney Keough has extensive experience in leadership roles within various companies. Kourtney is currently serving as the VP Client Operations at Businessolver, where they lead a regional client operations team and ensures customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Businessolver, Kourtney was the U.S. President/CEO of Allied Global BPO, where they oversaw operations and client relations for a $30 million organization. Kourtney also served as the President/CEO of Marketlink Inc., a provider of outsourced teleservices, for 20 years, during which they played a key role in merging the company with Allied Global. Kourtney started their career as a National Account Executive at Ogden Publishing. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving growth, profitability, and core values, and has received multiple promotions for their exemplary service.
Kourtney Keough obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Northern Iowa in 1993. Kourtney later pursued an MBA from Drake University, completing the degree in the year 2000.
