Subsequently, Pasha pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the same university, graduating in 2011. In 2013, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) program in International Business from Doane College.

In order to enhance their professional qualifications, Pasha attended the Human Capital Institute in 2012 and earned the designation of Certified Human Capital Strategist. Pasha also obtained a Senior Human Resources Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2019.
