Perfect White has extensive experience in customer advocacy and support within the healthcare and utility sectors. Currently serving as Lead Advocate at Businessolver since September 2019, Perfect has also held multiple roles including AE Supervisor, Lead Advocate Stretch, Member Advocate II, and Member Advocate. Prior experience includes a position as Sr. User Support Specialist at Castlight Health from November 2017 to September 2019, and as Sr. Customer Service Agent at American Electric Power from June 2015 to November 2017. Perfect completed education at Eau Claire High School and the University of Phoenix.
