Rachel Pietsch has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rachel has been with Businessolver since 2016, and currently holds the position of Client Service Lead as well as a role in the Product Council. In their previous role at Businessolver, Rachel was an AnswerBar specialist and also served as a Professional Development Program Representative. In this role, they were involved in integrating an AI Chatbot into the service center phone system and collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements. Additionally, Rachel worked as an Engagement Specialist, assisting with new hire orientation and coordinating weekly meetings. Prior to their time at Businessolver, Rachel worked as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. Rachel also gained experience in communication and marketing as a Communications Assistant at Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, and as a Sales Associate at Dogtown University/ A&R Marketing. Rachel began their career as a Student Ambassador at Iowa Central Community College, where they gave tours and provided information to prospective students.

Rachel Pietsch obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Iowa Central Community College from 2012 to 2014. Rachel then attended Iowa State University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General. In addition to their academic achievements, Rachel also has certifications in Accident and Health from the Iowa Insurance Division, which they obtained in March 2017, and Life, which they obtained in February 2017.
