Ronnie Bushnell

Ronnie Bushnell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ronnie began their career in 1994 as a Senior Engineer at Martin Sprocket & Gear, where they worked until 1996. Ronnie then joined Forney Corporation as a Senior Project Manager from 1996 to 1999.

In 1999, Ronnie transitioned to Workscape, Inc. as the Director of Professional Services. Ronnie oversaw the delivery and implementation of enterprise portals and HR self-service applications, while leading a team of over 40 personnel.

Ronnie continued their career at Information Builders in 2002 as a Senior Operations Manager, where they managed a $MM portfolio and supervised 23 consultants in solution development and delivery.

Ronnie then transitioned to ExcellerateHRO (EDS) in 2004 as the Director of Global Product Management. Ronnie collaborated with a 10-person leadership team to define EDS's entry into the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) market, resulting in a joint venture with Towers Perrin. Ronnie managed product strategy development, design, innovation, and P&L, leading a team of six senior leaders.

In 2009, Ronnie joined Xerox HR Solutions as Senior Vice President of Product Management. Ronnie was responsible for pursuing opportunities in domestic and international markets for business process transformation, IT outsourcing, and HR/customer care services. Ronnie formed and led a six-person leadership team, driving strategic transformation of product development/enhancement.

Ronnie's next role was Managing Principal at IA HR in 2010, where they provided unbiased advice to guide employers through HR service delivery strategy and rationalization. Ronnie founded the firm in 2006 and supported numerous complex human resource decisions.

From 2011 to 2015, Ronnie served as the President/Owner of VMO Concepts, LLC, a company they founded. In this role, they were involved in various aspects of running the business.

Currently, Ronnie is the SVP of Client Engagement at Businessolver, a benefits administration technology company founded by HR professionals. Ronnie leads the client engagement efforts, ensuring clients' needs are met and they receive excellent service.

Throughout their career, Ronnie has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering results.

Ronnie Bushnell pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1989 to 1993 at The University of Texas at Arlington.
