Sam Wegner

Sam Wegner has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sam began in 2012 at Hy-Vee, Inc. as a Courtesy Clerk and Checker until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Delivery Driver at Edible Arrangements. In 2016, they served as an Accounting Intern at The Weitz Company. During 2017, they worked as a Management Undergraduate Assistant at Simpson College. In 2018, they joined Businessolver, initially participating in their Professional Development Program until 2020. Sam then transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst until 2023, when they were promoted to Senior Financial Analyst. Additionally, in 2018, they briefly worked as a Bank Teller at City State Bank.

Sam Wegner attended West Des Moines Valley High School from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a diploma. From 2014 to 2016, they studied liberal arts at Des Moines Area Community College, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Sam then went on to attend Simpson College from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management with a focus on finance and insurance, economics, and health services leadership.
